Shipping

SHEER ships worldwide!

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on sheerthelabel.com and where those items will be delivered, a few different shipping options are available to you. At checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping option for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will be based on the shipping option you select, and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.

If you upgrade your shipping option, your order must be received and credit authorization must be cleared by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays in the United States.

Covid-19

SHEER is currently shipping as usual.

Depending on the destination and carrier used to ship your package, some delays may be experienced.

U.S. Shipping

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). In addition, for faster shipping you may select from the following shipping options to upgrade your shipping.

International Shipping

We currently offer expedited shipping via FedEx on all International orders.

Please note: all applicable international custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in particular occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

Changing Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
